Axir Automation LLC ("Axir", "we", "us") operates the axirautomation.com website and custom Chrome browser extensions distributed privately to licensed clients. This Privacy Policy describes how our website, extensions, and services handle data. Axir is a U.S.-based service intended for use by businesses operating in the United States.
License validation. Each extension sends your license key to our server to verify your subscription status. We store: your license key, associated client name, extension identifier, subscription status, any business-context notes added by Axir staff to support your build, and the timestamp of validation checks. If you pay by subscription, we also store a Stripe customer reference ID so billing status can sync automatically. Stripe holds your actual payment details (see Section 3). We do not collect your name, email, or payment details through the extension itself.
Page data processed by AI. When you trigger an analysis, the extension reads data visible on your screen (e.g., table contents, email text) and sends it to our server for AI processing. This data is:
Riot Games data (LoL Coach product). This product works differently from our other extensions: it does not read anything from your screen or any web page. Instead, when you add or refresh a player, the extension calls the Riot Games API directly from your browser, using a personal Riot API key that you provide and that is stored only in Chrome's local storage on your device. It is never transmitted to or stored by Axir's servers. The extension uses that key to retrieve the player's summoner, rank, and recent ranked match data from Riot, and builds a compact statistical summary (KDA, CS/min, vision score, and similar per-match figures) locally in your browser. Only that summary (never your Riot API key, and never the raw match data) is sent to our server so Claude can generate coaching insights from it, the same way page data is handled for our other products (see below).
Local storage. The extension stores your license key, last-known license status, and (for the LoL Coach product) your personal Riot API key and tracked player list in Chrome's local storage on your device. This data never leaves your browser except for license validation requests and, for Riot data, the match summary described above.
Website visits. See Section 4 (Cookies & Website Analytics) for what we collect when you browse axirautomation.com.
Anthropic (Claude AI). Page data you submit for analysis is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate your results. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
Riot Games (LoL Coach product only). If you use the LoL Coach product, your browser communicates directly with the Riot Games API using your own personal API key to retrieve match and rank data. This connection does not pass through Axir's servers, and Riot Games is not a data processor for us in the way Anthropic or Railway are. Riot Games' own privacy policy governs that direct connection and is available at riotgames.com/en/privacy-notice. Use of Riot's API is also subject to Riot's own developer policies; Axir is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games.
Stripe. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Stripe processes payment information directly; we do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Railway. Our backend server and database run on Railway's cloud infrastructure. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Railway's privacy policy is available at railway.app/legal/privacy.
Calendly. "Book a Call" links on our website take you to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, on Calendly's own domain. Any information you provide there (name, email, meeting details) is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy, available at calendly.com/privacy. We only receive the meeting details you choose to share when booking.
Vercel. Our website and extension license server are hosted on Vercel and Railway respectively; see Section 4 for Vercel's analytics role.
axirautomation.com and our Chrome extensions do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics scripts. We use Vercel Web Analytics on our marketing website, which counts aggregate page views without cookies, without collecting IP addresses tied to an identity, and without tracking individuals across sites. No cookie consent banner is shown because no tracking cookies are set.
The only cookie in our systems is a first-party authentication session cookie used on Axir's internal admin dashboard, which only Axir staff can access to manage licenses. It is not set on the public website or in any client-facing extension.
If you click a "Book a Call" link, you'll leave our site for Calendly, which may set its own cookies under its own policy (see Section 3).
License records are retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after cancellation for billing dispute purposes. Page data processed by AI is not retained by our server after the analysis response is returned. Local browser storage can be cleared by uninstalling the extension or clearing Chrome's extension storage.
All data transmitted between the extension and our server is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. License keys are generated as cryptographically random tokens and are never sequential or guessable. Any client integration credentials stored on our server (e.g., read-only API keys for data connectors) are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your license record at any time by contacting us. Because we do not store processed page data, there is nothing to delete beyond the license record itself. Consistent with California's privacy laws, we do not sell or share your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights.
Axir is a business-to-business service not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
