Build it

The extension reads what's on your screen, and the AI processing runs on our server using Claude. Data sent to Claude goes through an API connection that doesn't use it for model training. We store nothing beyond your license record unless your project requires it, and anything we do store is encrypted.

Deploy it privately

The extension is published as an unlisted Chrome Web Store item, so it doesn't appear in search. Only licensed users at your business can use it, and we can switch off a license immediately if someone leaves.

Sean Newland

Founder, Axir Automation

Sean started Axir Automation after building automated tools and data pipelines for financial advisory firms. He kept seeing the same manual workflows at small businesses, and he saw that custom tools backed by an AI model could handle them. Most start as a Chrome extension; some need an AI assistant, a dashboard or software built from scratch.

Working in regulated financial firms shaped how Axir builds. The output has to be accurate and easy to check against the source, and the extension has to work on the real workflow, not only in a demo. Axir gives small businesses the kind of automation large companies build in-house, without an enterprise budget or a six-month implementation.

Yes. Axir is built for small and mid-sized businesses that want custom automation without hiring engineers. If your team does the same steps in a browser every day or week, it's a good fit.

We automate analysis of spreadsheets, CRM pipelines, sales reports, lead lists and anything else visible in your browser. With one click, an extension can produce charts, trend summaries, anomaly flags and recommended next steps.

Axir extensions run inside the browser your team already uses, so there's no data migration, new login or IT setup. Power BI and Tableau are general-purpose BI tools that you configure yourself; an Axir extension is built around your specific workflow and licensed only to your business. Zapier connects apps through their APIs, while an Axir extension works on the page itself, so it can also handle web tools that don't offer an API.

Most extensions are built within 1–2 weeks of the discovery call. Deployment follows once Google approves the Chrome Web Store listing, which typically takes 1–2 days.

A one-time build fee starting at $1,050 (after the 25% early-adopter discount), plus a flat monthly subscription of $199–$399 for maintenance and license management. Complex multi-system integrations are quoted individually, starting at $12,000. There are no per-seat fees.
